If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at hello@panteera.com and we will resolve it with the carrier — you will receive a reprint or a full refund.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Every Panteera garment is printed to order with your own design. Because our products are made to your personal specifications, the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)) does not apply. This means custom-printed orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started.

This does not affect your legal rights in case something goes wrong on our side: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at hello@panteera.com within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right with a reprint or a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Panteera or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
